Maserati

Location: Osbaldeston, Lancashire

Description:

The first Maserati dealership in Lancashire has been opened by the Bowker Motor Group.

Bowker Maserati held an opening celebration at its newly-refurbished showroom on the A59 in Osbaldeston.

The dealership has undergone a complete transformation, the work, completed by Speakman Contractors is of the highest standard and will allow the new dealership to showcase the full Maserati model range and provide after sales services.

BMW

Location: Preston

Description:

Bowker BMW on the docks in Preston has opened its new expanded and refurbished dealership after an investment of over £1 million.

The two-phase development, has delivered additional showroom capacity to accommodate 16 more cars and 34 in total.

To ensure the dealership was able to operate with minimal disruption and completion dates met. It was key we achieved a reduction in energy costs whilst improving lighting levels.

We utilised our programme of works 'Business As Usual' that has been developed in line with the needs and demands of businesses that still have the need to operate as refurbishment works are carried out.

Weir Minerals

Location: Todmorden

Description:

Weir Minerals Europe have now incorporated a new state of the art training suite at their headquarters in Todmorden Burnley. The project comprised of a full refurbishment of existing office space including kitchen and canteen areas. Working together with Weir Minerals Speakman Contractors created temporary work areas meaning all work was completed during normal working hours and the business remained fully functional during refurbishment. Through this approach disruption and costs were kept to a minimum.

Harley Davidson

Location: Preston

Description:

After opening in 2007, the dealership has recently undergone a significant six figure investment and has changed beyond recognition. The building has been extended and enhanced by almost doubling the downstairs showroom sales area, incorporating a brighter more spacious layout. The new design now has a dedicated new bike area and a similar area for used bikes. The refurbished dealership features design elements inspired by shipping containers.
