Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy can be summarised as follows:

Employee Welfare

We aim to be the employer of choice in the sectors we serves, recruiting and retaining highly skilled, motivated and empowered professionals across all job functions. We promote equality and diversity and protect the welfare, health and safety of our staff. Continual personal development and staff training are encouraged.


We see it as our duty to help protect the environments in which we operate. We have an environmental policy in place that aims to reduce the company’s environmental footprint by reducing consumption and waste of materials, preventing pollution and promoting recycling amongst our staff and contractors.

As a Registered Waste Carrier, we ensure materials will be handled and disposed of in a manner that does not damage the environment or cause pollution. We encourage staff to practice good environmental housekeeping at home and where possible we procure items that will have the minimum amount of environmental impact.


We conduct all of our business relationships on the principles of accountability, excellence, honesty, teamwork, integrity, reliability and flexibility. Our aim is to build mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers.


We are committed to making a positive contribution within the local communities in which we operate.
